Folding it Up
I place my tortilla on the counter and make a single cut to the middle with my pizza cutter. I then spread the mayo over half the tortilla, and then put the bacon, chicken, and guac each on their own quarter. I then fold the tortilla together starting at the bottom and folding up, then right, then down to complete the fold wrap.
