Assembling the Salad
I placed some spinach in my salad bowl as the base and cut my pear into pieces and tossed them in a bit of lemon to keep them from browning. I then added the bite sized pear pieces to the spinach. Next, I added the pralines, dried cranberries, and feta crumbles on top.
I then topped the salad with a drizzle of Zero point raspberry vinaigrette, served up the salad, and enjoyed!
