Gathering Everything Up

So this is one of my absolute favorite things to have for breakfast. It tastes like dessert, and give me a healthy start to my day that also keep me full! This recipe is also super adaptable, and you can pretty much put whatever you want on your "split".

So I grabbed a banana, cut it down the middle and put it on a plate. Using a bowl tends to make for a little easier eating. I then took a nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, and spooned about half overtop the split banana. My favorite part, the cocoa powder comes next. You mix that in with the remaining yogurt and stir it up until its all mixed in and set aside.

Select the Fruit of Your Choosing

I used strawberries and raspberries for my split, but the possibilities are endless. I cut the strawberries in half to make it a bit easier to eat, and tossed them on top. I then added in the raspberries until I was happy with my split, then dumped the now cocoa vanilla Greek yogurt on top of the fruit evenly. That's it, Super easy, no cooking, no freezing, just deliciousness.

Eat it for breakfast, for a snack to help with afternoon cravings, or for dessert! It is perfect for anytime of day!
