Rotisserie Chicken shredded and mixed with celery, cauliflower, buffalo sauce and more for a delicious casserole on a busy night!

I started by picking the chicken off the bones and placing it in a large bowl. I then added in the cream of chicken soup and buffalo sauce and mixed until combined
Next, I chopped up the celery and cauliflower and added them to the bowl. I added in the ranch dressing and half of the cheese, and then spread the casserole into a baking dish, then topped it with the remaining cheese.
I baked it for 30 minutes until everything was heated though.
