Prepping the Oats
I make my overnight oats in both mason jars and pyrex containers, they both work well and give the same results. I mixed my oats in with some almond milk and gave in a good stir. I then topped the oats with the cherry berry medley and a bit of brown sugar.
Let Time do Its Thing
I them cover my oats and place them in the fridge- or my lunch bag. I let them sit for at least 4 hours to soften and then give them a good stir and enjoy them cold! You can definitely uncover them and microwave it for 2 minutes if you prefer hot oatmeal!
