Flavorful pork chops cooked in the skillet and smothered in a Parmesan Dijon sauce to make a tasty dinner with only one skillet

Cooking the Chops
I greased my skillet and cooked my pork chops over medium heat for about 7 minutes a side until they were cooked though. I had seasoned each side of my chops with salt and pepper. I then set them on a plate and covered them with foil while i cooked the sauce up.
Making the Sauce
In the same pan, I turned my heat to low and then added in the butter and seasonings, I gave it a good stir and then added in my evaporated milk. I mixed the sauce until it was combined.
I added in my Parmesan cheese and spinach and let it cook until the spinach began to wilt. In the meantime, I cooked up some turkey bacon in the microwave for crumbling on top.
Bringing it Together
I then added my pork chops back into the pan with the sauce and covered the pork chops. I then let them cook until the sauce was bubbling. I sprinkled the bacon pieces on top and served it up!
