Fajita Chicken Bake
Juicy Chicken breasts cooked in one dish with red bell peppers, onion, cream cheese, fajita spices and topped with creamy mozzarella cheese

To start things off I mixed my cream cheese with the fajita seasoning and salsa. I cup the peppers and onions into strips and set them to the side
Layering the Dish
In the bottom of a sprayed casserole dish, I laid the chicken on the bottom and smothered it in the cream cheese mix. I then added on the pepper and onion slices and topped the dish with the mozzarella cheese
Baking it Up
I placed the casserole dish in the oven and let it cook for about 40 minutes until my chicken breast reached 165 degrees. I then carefully lifted the chicken and veggies on, Served them up on their own and Enjoyed!
