A simple, rich, flourless cake made with chocolate chips and eggs! A sweet and yummy treat that no one will believe has only 4 ingredients

Separating the Eggs

To get started I sat my eggs on the counter for a few hours. This will help keep the chocolate from hardening up when you add the yolks to it later. I then carefully cracked the eggs and separated the egg white from the yolks

Making the Batter

In my stand mixer, I whipped the egg whites until they were shiny and had stiff peaks. Then, in a small microwave safe dish, I melted the chocolate with the vanilla in 30 second intervals, stirring eat time- mine took 2 minutes to melt completely. I then stirred the egg yolks one at a time into the melted chocolate

I then took the egg white and chocolate mix and very gently mixed them together until a batter formed.

Be careful not to mix too much or too hard or your cake will be very flat

Baking the Cake

I then popped the cake in the oven and baked it for 30 minutes. When it was done, I let the cake cool on the counter. Once cool I flipped the cake pan over onto a plate to get the cake out.

Topping Things Off

I then sprinkled the cake with powdered sugar for serving. I added some raspberries to each piece from some tartness and some whipped cream would be tasty on top was well. Eat up and Enjoy!!
