Fresca Chicken Dump

Chicken cooked with Fresh Pico de Gallo, some Northern beans, and topped with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese! Just dump it all in a dish and cook it up!

Dumping it All In

I started with a deep casserole dish and sprayed it with non-stick cooking spray. I then placed the chicken breasts at the bottom and added in the Salt, Pepper, Cumin, and Garlic Powder on top. After the chicken I added in the Northern Beans, followed by the Pico De Gallo, and topped with the Mozzarella cheese.

Throw It All In The Oven

I then tossed the dish in the oven for 40 minutes and That's IT! Super easy, Super Tasty!

Just Spoon out the chicken with the topping and enjoy this yummy dinner!
