Grilled BBQ Pork Loin

This Grilled BBQ Porkloin is a perfect way to take a break from the chicken and fish! I love that those proteins are Zero points on WW, however it can become boring. This Pork loin is juicy and flavorful! Pair it with my Parmesan Veggie Pouches and you have a wonderful dinner!

WW My Way Smart Points: 6 Green, 6 Blue, 6 Purple

The Prep Work

Starting of you want to get your grilled fired up and heated to 400 degrees. You want to put two side burners on, or make two piles with a gap in the middle with the charcoal. The pork will be cooking under indirect heat. To get the porkloin ready, I seasoned each side with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Grill it Up

I placed the porkloin on the grill in the center in indirect heat.

I cooked the meat for 15 minutes on each side. After the 30 minutes of grilling was up, I brushed the entire loin with BBQ Sauce. If you are pairing this meal with the Parmesan Veggie Pouches, you want to place the pouches on the grill at this time.

You will then cook the pork until it is cooked through. If using a meat thermometer - 145 degrees for Medium Rare, 160 for Medium

Take the meat off the Grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. If pairing with the Veggie Pouches, you will take the veggies off the grill at the end of the 10 minute rest.

Slice the Loin into 3oz Pieces and Serve. Add additional BBQ sauce as preferred- Adjust the Points as needed. The recipe counts for 1 Tbsp of BBQ sauce per serving.
