Prepping the Goods
To start things off, I took my rotisserie chicken and shredded the white meat off it and added it to a medium sized mixing bowl. I also cut up a cup of cherry tomatoes, a cucumber, and 1/2 a red onion and mixed that all together
Making the Gyro Sauce
I started with a cup of greek yogurt and added in lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, oregano, thyme, and cumin and gave it a good mixing
I added the gyro sauce to the chicken and veggies and mixed until everything was evenly coated
Stuffing the Pita
I stuffed 2 pita pockets full of the gyro chicken salad, Served it up, and Enjoyed!
