Ground turkey cooked up in a skillet with onion, zucchini, bell pepper, and marinara sauce and topped with melted mozzarella cheese for a little mess dinner!

Cooking the Base
To start things off I sprayed the skillet with non-stick spray and added in my ground turkey with some salt and pepper. I then added in the onion and chopped bell pepper and cooked them until the turkey was mostly cooked through. I then added in the zucchini pieces and cooked for 5 more minutes.
Adding the Sauce
I then poured in the marinara sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned it with Italian seasoning. I then mixed the skillet until everything was evenly distributed
A Few Steps to Go
I then added in the cauliflower rice, gave it a big stir, and continued cooking until the sauce was boiling I turned the heat to low and covered the skillet and let the cauliflower rice soften- about 10 minutes. I added in the mozzarella cheese and covered the skillet again to melt it.
I spooned the dish into bowls and enjoyed!
