Peaches and cashews roasted in maple syrup and served over yogurt for a filling and delicious breakfast!

Roasting the Peaches
To start things off I sliced up the peach and placed them on a piece of parchment paper. I then drizzled the sugar free maple syrup over top and dusted them with cinnamon. I then put them in the oven at 450 degrees for about 5 minutes.
Adding the Cashews
I then took the peaches out and added on some cashews and returned the peaches to the oven for 5 more minutes.
Making a Yogurt Bowl
I then spooned 3/4 cup of low calorie vanilla yogurt into a bowl and placed the roasted peaches and cashews on top. I then drizzled on some additional maple syrup, and Enjoyed!!
