Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

Pepperoni and cheese wrapped in dough, covered in garlic, cooked in the air fryer, and served with warm marinara or pizza sauce!

Assembling the Pizza Bombs

I started by mixing the two ingredient dough together. I then divided the dough into 6 pieces and rolled each piece into a round disk. I placed 2 ripped up pepperoni and 1/3rd of a cheese stick in each. I then Rolled the dough around them and made sure there were no holes.

Getting Crispy

I sprayed the pizza bombs with oil spray and seasoning the dough with garlic powder and parsley. I then cooked them in the air fryer at 375 for 5 minutes- until they were golden brown on the outside. I serve them up with some low point warmed marinara sauce and enjoyed them! 6 Pizza bombs per Serving! They are only 1 WW point if you only have 1 or 2!
