Mixing Up the Batter
So since my mom is gluten free, I use her favorite gluten free brownie mix. Any brownie mix can be used to grab your favorite and get started. I opened up the boxed mix and dumped in into a medium sized bowl for mixing. I grabbed the canned pumpkin out of the cupboard and dumped that into the bowl with the brownie mix.
Using a spatula, I mixed those guys up until everything was combined. If you have beaters you can totally use those instead of getting an arm workout mixing it together. It does take a bit to work everything together.
Baking The Goods
After everything was mixed together nice and smooth, I pulled out my 9x13 baking pan and sprayed it up with my favorite nonstick spray. Then I just dumped the mix into the pan, spread it all out evenly, popped it in the oven, and Woo Woo the brownies have landed!
The come out with more of a fudgey texture, but are super delicious and moist. Serve hot, serve cold, anyway served they are fabulous.
