Preparing the Steak

I cut the round steak up into strips about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide

In a large zip bag I added the steak, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sriracha. I sealed the bag and tossed the steak in the marinade to coat and let it rest on the countertop for an hour

Cooking the Steak

In a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, I cooked the steak strips over medium heat for 2 minutes

I then added in the garlic and flipped the steak strips to cook on the other side for 2 more minutes. I then removed the steak from the pan and set aside on a plate covered with foil

Cooking the Zucchini

I chopped up the zucchini while the steak was cooking. In the same skillet, I added butter, lemon juice, white cooking wine, red pepper flakes, and the marinade and brought it to a boil. I then added in the zucchini pieces and cooked in the pan for 5 minutes until the zucchini is soft.

Bringing it Together

I then added the steak strips back into the pan with the zucchini and cooked for another 2 minutes until everything was nicely blended together

Serve Hot and Enjoy!!
