Chicken tenders coated in crushed nacho cheese Doritos and cooked in the air fryer to make the extra crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside!

Making the Coating
To make the coating, I took 12 Doritos for every 3 tenders I was making, and chopped them into little pieces so they would make a good crust.
Coating the Chicken
I dunked each chicken tender in the scrambled egg and then into the crushed Doritos and made sure each tender was nicely covered.
Frying Them Up
I then sprayed the tenders with oil spray and place them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until the chicken was cooked through. I then served them with a jalapeño cilantro cauliflower dip i found in the refrigerator section of my grocery store.
