Cinnamon Raisin bread mixed with eggs, and almond milk and slow cooked with apples for an easy breakfast for a crowd, or an easy meal prep for the week!

Cooking the Apples
I chopped up 4 apples and placed them in a microwave safe dish and microwaved them for 4 minutes
Making the Batter
In a small bowl, I mixed the almond milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla. Once the mix was combined, I dipped 5 pieces of cinnamon raisin bread and placed them at the bottom of the slow cooker.I then topped the bread with the microwaved apples. Then dipped 5 more pieces of bread in the mix and placed them on top of the apples. I poured in the remaining batter, covered the slow cooker, and cooked on low for 2 hours.
Serve hot with sugar free maple syrup! If using for meal prep, divide the french toast into 6 containers and store in the fridge up to a week!
